Family Weekend Camp

Approximately 30 scouts, siblings, moms and dads headed up to Rancho Alegre for a weekend of fun.

Randy, one of the regular rangemasters during Rancho Alegre scout camps, opened the archery range for us on Saturday morning and the rifle range in the afternoon. He also brought along a couple of black power guns too. He showed us the proper way to load the gun as well as explained where sayings like "lock, stock and barrel", "knock on wood" and "don't go off half-cocked" came from.

We were also fortunate that Trevor came up on Saturday as our BSA-certified life guard, so we were able to use the pool!
